Request to add a hospital

If you find your logbook has a missing hospital you can request that this is added to your logbook.

To make a request for a new hospital please login to your web elogbook and goto the help section here and click the link to send a New Hospital Descriptor Request.

Please Note : Your master hospitals list is maintained by a logbook administrator from your specialty, the logbook helpdesk cannot edit the list of hospitals.
