Placement data is received from ISCP each month. A new menu item has been added on the client admin website called “Import ISCP Data” which allows the eLogbook to be automatically updated.
Fix so that when creating a report filter that includes date periods, date is interpreted correctly.
Fix for incorrect redirect on training programme maintenance page.
Fix for Oral surgery SAC report error.
Deleted operations now included in the operation hierarchy report.

When a medical student graduates and receives a GMC number, they can now update their eLogbook account using the ‘Graduate’ button in ‘My Details.
and no longer need to contact the helpdesk.
Overseas users moving to the UK can edit user details to ensure their training history is displayed.
Users are no longer required to log in to be able to contact the helpdesk.
Core trainees can now add and edit a CCT date.
Specialty leads have been removed from role verification emails.

eLogbook messaging functionality removed in line with online harms bill.
The eLogbook registration process has been amended so that dental students can now register their account against a dental school rather than medical school.
Unused or out of date training programmes can now be made ‘obsolete’ so that it is not available for users to select.
Numerous eLogbook reports have been made available for core surgery.
Hospital reports have been removed – this feature may be reinstated once the eLogbook hospital lists have been reworked.
Regional reports have been removed as they are redundant.

'Reset password' link added to login page 2
Logbook consultants that appear in a user's 'My common consultants' list and are attached to saved operations can now be deleted. Note that this change does not apply to non-logbook consultants.
Validation of NTN / DRN number is now date sensitive.
After an operation record is opened and closed in ‘Browse operations’, the user is returned to the page it was opened from, rather than back to page 1.
Bug fixes on trainer appraisal report & SAC operation reference report.
Bug fix to ensure director training list displays in full.

Oral Surgery added as a specialty.
Changes to field labels on 'My Details' page.
'Responsible consultant unknown' option removed from 'Add Operation'.
Obsolete operations removed from user favourites list.
Validation added to operation description maintenance.
CCT date for validating trainer changed from 01/01/2020 to 01/01/1980.
'Ind#' heading on the SAC consolidation report has been replaced with '1st Surg.'
(F1) and (F2) have been removed from foundation grade - 'Foundation' now covers both.
Bug causing error when downloading Peer Analysis Report for Ophthalmology and Maxillofacial surgery fixed.

Fix so that when a filter is updated, user does not need to leave the page after hitting save
button.
Search function updated so that users with ‘/’ in their username appear in results.
‘Verified grade’ updated to ‘Confirmed grade’ in My Details page.

The operation count on the summary page of the operation group report has been fixed so that correctly reflects the user's operation.
When adding a new operation, the site will now prepopulate the consultant with current user.
Robotic Surgery wording has been updated from RoboticSurgery to Robotic Surgery.
You can now apply multiple date periods on your Filters.
You can now apply filters to the browse operations page.
Current specialty on the user details page has been hidden from non-core specialty users.
We have fixed an issue affecting validation of user operations on the My Trainees page.

When adding an operation, you can now also add non logbook user as a consultant.
When adding an operation, when you search for a cons, the cons is now saved.
Operations can now be filtered for Non-Logbook user consultants.
You can now reset your pin.
An issue where users who had forward slashes in their username received an error when trying to validate has been fixed.
An issue in relation to the number of criteria in a filter has been fixed.
