Welcome to the trainees area of the website.

If you have not yet registered with the Pan Specialty Surgical Electronic Logbook, you can register for an account here.

Role Confirmation

It is important that the logbook system can confirm your surgical grade (i.e. SHO, StR, consultant) so that you see appropriate reports and your data is included in certain reports.

All core trainees and StRs who have entered their DRN/NTN will be automatically confirmed in those roles. 

All other users wishing to have their grade confirmed, should send a User Confirmation Request to their TPD from your web logbook here.

Trainer Access and Validation

Every clinical supervisor with whom you have performed cases will now receive an automatic email containing a link which will allow them to validate your cases. These emails will be sent when you have more than 25 cases with that supervisor to be validated, or if there are cases with that supervisor that have not been validated for more than 30 days.

Alternatively you can request your trainer to validate your logbook in the request trainer validation section under Browse Operations.
